CRASH REPLACEMENT

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

This Crash Replacement Program is available to customers in the United States, UK, Australia & NZ only at this stage. Please contact ARRO to learn about programs available in your country.

If your ARRO helmet has been involved in an accident, within one year of your purchase date, you may be eligible for a 50% discount on a new ARRO replacement helmet depending on the helmets age and nature of the fall.  We will need to receive the helmet back.

For falls between 1-2 years of the purchase date, then 25% discount of the original purchase price. 

If you fall off again and need another one again within the first year, its still 50% is from the original purchase price and 25% for years 1-2.

To learn if your helmet qualifies, please email us at info@arro.nz with the below information:

  • Your full name

  • Your phone number

  • Your shipping address

  • ARRO helmet model 

  • Helmet size and color

  • Purchase date and location

  • Picture(s) of the damaged helmet - we will need the helmet returned, doesn't matter if the steward has cut the straps off.

  • Description of fall
